NZ Couriers Freight Issues Restored 

Online and IT services are now working
Track and trace, courier booking, and eDespatchIT can now be accessed
We are pleased to advise that you are now able to use our track and trace, courier booking, product ordering, and eDespatchIT services through our website once again.  Furthermore our VAN phone booking system has now been restored and can now be used to book a courier also.

Please note:  While all scanning data was captured yesterday (Thursday 2 June), some of it is still processing and is expected to be visible later in the day.

Thank you for your patience as we have worked to restore IT services, and again we offer sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused to you and your staff yesterday.

NEW ZEALAND COURIERS

Website services & internal IT systems outage
Track and trace, courier booking, product ordering and other services offline
As of this morning we have been experiencing technical difficulties with the IT system that runs our track and trace, courier booking, product ordering and other such services.  The same issue also means that our VAN phone booking system, and eDespatchIT is not working.
Our absolute focus is to fix the problem and restore all services as soon as possible to minimise inconvenience to you and your customers.  We would like to reassure you that no data has been lost, just our ability to access it at this time.  
Unfortunately this issue affects our Customer Services teams as they are also unable to access our track and trace system internally so they will be unable to assist with any track and trace queries at this time. 
We will update you once system access has been restored.
 We apologise for any inconvenience.
