Furthermore our VAN phone booking system has now been restored and can now be used to book a courier also.

Website services & internal IT systems outage Track and trace, courier booking, product ordering and other services offline As of this morning we have been experiencing technical difficulties with the IT system that runs our track and trace, courier booking, product ordering and other such services. The same issue also means that our VAN phone booking system, and eDespatchIT is not working. Our absolute focus is to fix the problem and restore all services as soon as possible to minimise inconvenience to you and your customers. We would like to reassure you that no data has been lost, just our ability to access it at this time. Unfortunately this issue affects our Customer Services teams as they are also unable to access our track and trace system internally so they will be unable to assist with any track and trace queries at this time. We will update you once system access has been restored. We apologise for any inconvenience.
